Brian's favorite time of year is here! He absolutely LOVES fall. We have been reading lots of books about this season and today on our walk, he was able to identify and point out every scarecrow, pumpkin, skeleton, ghost and witch he saw on the houses. Yeah, it is pretty much all he talks about. He also has been asking me daily when Trick or Treating is!!
We went to a fall festival in our town and Brian was able to enjoy a few pony rides. It really was a dream come true for him. I just love how happy and comfortable he was around the horse.

He was so curious about everything the horse did. He was very serious whenever the horse turned or started to go a little faster. Such an animal lover.
I think this was after his second ride!!

He got his hand painted also. He wanted a pumpkin but instead of his face, he kept pointing to his hand and instructed the lady to draw to a "orange pumpkin!" After, he went around to everyone and kept pointing to it. There was even a couple a ways away from us that had their faces pained with a pumpkin & he walked right up to them & showed them that they matched!
Brian also loved apple picking. We told him before we left that we where going to Old McDonald's Farm and he was so excited. He always wanted to reach for the highest apple on the tree.
This was how excited he was when he got to go on a hay ride! I love how animated he is.
We spent the day at the topsfield fair and Brian was such a trooper throughout the whole thing. He had to do so much walking and never complained. Here he is getting a turn brushing the goat. He was very serious throughout the whole thing and finally cracked a smile at the end.
