July 2016

Brian just finished up his week of T Ball. He really did have a great time. Last year, he was in diapers running the bases and this summer he a toddler about to be a big brother. He took the lessons pretty seriously and followed instructions from his coaches pretty well.

Brian loved the warm up exercises that they did first thing every session. I love his little face in this shot. The couch was pretty creative when it came to doing fun and stretches.

Warming up. Each morning they got some hitting practice in.

Learn how to work a mitt. When the coach was handing out mitts to all the kids he called out for the "lefty!" It was Brian he was talking about. My little one bats and catches lefty!

I love this picture. His expression says it all. My parents got him a T Ball stand similar to this one to practice with. So when it came to for the big day he wanted to "knock it out of the park!"

He also got some throwing practice in.

Running the bases. This was his absolute favorite part. He took it so seriously and was so determined to touch every base as he ran the baseball diamond.

Annual Cone head ice cream on the last day!

Every night at about 7 pm on T Ball days!

We found a new favorite park that he went to with some friends.

Our usual Friday nights. We have pizza and swimming with Bo! These two best friends are too funny to watch interact and play.

Brian's new favorite thing is zip lining. He tried it once on a camping trip he went on with Andy and he has been obsessed with it ever since. He is a lucky boy since I found a playground just over the bridge from us that has a zip line.

Happy 4th of July!
