Big milestone in the Bartholomew house; Brian turned 10 years old. I can't believe my son is double digits! Where has the time gone!? I decided that when my kids turn 10, we will throw a BASH! So, Brian and I talked about what kind of birthday party he wanted and we came up with a fun theme; Nurf Guns! So, a nurf gun party we planned. It was fun to plan and then I added a fun surprise; an ice cream truck. We rented one that came to the house and each kid got to order! It was such a fun treat!

Presents! Brian was really blessed with so many generous gifts. This year there was a theme with the presents; giftcards! His favorite one was Dicks sporting goods where he planed to get some batting gloves.

These kids ran, fought and shot for close to 2 hrs! They didn't want to stop! They had no mercy on each other,
Seriously, the only time they stopped was to reload.

All set for battle! I am so very grateful for this group of boys and how well the treat Brian. He has such a good group of friends that are SUCH good kids!
We had a pizza dinner which the kids just scarfed down! They needed to be fueled up for battle!
The water, Cake and goodies bags! Each kid got a box full of Pokémon stuff like trading cards etc.
All the essentials you need for battle! Each kid got a bandana, eye goggles and a pack of bullets!
This was fun to decorate! The fake nurf bullets are made out of masking tape and pool noodles!
Brian, these past 10 years have been so enjoyable. You amaze me with your thirst for knowledge. You are a sponge that just soaks everything up and you fill you brain to the brim with all you learn daily.
You are a wonderful friend who always looks to include others.
You are always learning and creating. Origami, Harry Potter wands, rubric cubes are just to name a few, You have a mind of an engineer!
I am amazed at your ability to forgive and choose happiness each day!
You live the gospel and always choose the right!
