Trick or Treat 2017

October 31st is always a BUSY and HECTIC day for us. It usually ends up with us rushing from one event to another and this year was no different.

Brian's school sent home a letter in early October and asked all the students to pick their favorite character from a book and dress up as it. I asked Brian to pick any character he wanted and he choose by himself the Cookie from "If you give a mouse a Cookie." So, I went to a fabric store and made this costume for under 15 dollars! It was fun.

Halloween magic must have been in the air that day! We stopped my out local library and guess what the librarians where dressed up as? All the characters from "If you give a mouse a cookie" The librarians could not believe it. Bubba thought it was all pretty amazing.

Before we go Trick or Treating, we stop by my grandparents place and go Trick or Treating to all the residents there. Brian LOVES it and the residents got such a kick out of him and Annie.

Our first stop after the Grandparents is always our beloved neighbor Ruth. She always gives the kids a toy! Brian a car and Annie and doll!

This is how we roll on Halloween. We went along with our cousin Jax and we where all on bikes with Annie in the stroller.

This is my favorite Halloween picture of Annie. My little lion!

Don't let the above photo fool you. This girl got right into Trick or Treating. She ran up to every door her cousin and brother did, BANGED on the door and then grabbed HANDFULS on candy and even walked into a few houses. Yeah, this girl acted like liked she owned Halloween. Don't get her way!

The above pictures where taken at his school's Halloween parade. Brian was BEYOND excited that morning and was even more pumped when we arrived at drop off and heard Halloween music playing. Well, that was it. For the whole parade he had on these face the whole time. Mr. Serious!
