Atlanta!

Andy started a new job in early October. This job has been a huge blessing in our lives. It is incredible to see Andy so passionate about his job and see him enjoy it so much. They sent him to Atlanta for some training and he asked Brian and I to come along. So, Andy worked all day while Bubba and I played :)

Taking the airline safety procedures seriously. He was so excited all week about going on "da big plane!" He is the perfect flying companion. He doesn't need any entertainment seeing as he just loves to look out the windows. What he really loves is the airplane food. He had no qualms about asking the stewardess for more cookies and pretzels.

Andy was in training all day, so we meet up nights for dinner. Here we enjoying some of the best BBQ I have ever tasted. Brian had not see his Dad ALL DAY, so he was excited when he joined us for dinner!

We swam most nights seeing as my little fish could not get enough of the water.  He kept asking all day to play "Humpty Dumpty" in the pool. That consisted of Brian sitting down at the edge of the pool and jumping to his Dad.

I took Brian to Lego Land one day and it was a dream come true for him. He learned how leog's where made and even helped make one with the help of an employee. He really enjoys seeing how things are made and how the machines work.

They had all sorts of FUN Lego exhibits. Here he is playing Lego football.

His favorite area was building a Lego car with wheels and then watching it ride down the ramp.

He spent quite a bit of time in the Lego foam pit. I would call out a color and he would crawl to get it and build with it.

I let him pick out a Lego kit at the gift store and he chose a truck one. He spent a good amount of time back at the hotel putting it together. He was able to identify objects such as the wheels, engine and doors. He loves his trucks!!

We got to go to the Atlanta Zoo. He really enjoyed his time there despite it being SO COLD. His favorite exhibit was watching an elephant get a bath. He thought that was the funniest thing. He could not wait to tell his Dad and Papa about it. Hey enjoyed all the other animals and spent the rest of his time  trying to find leaves to "feed" them.

Pretending to be the tour guide! He loved looking at the pictures of the animals and making comments on what they where doing.

He had a fun time at the petting zoo area. The tour guide was so nice and took the time to talk to him about the animals. He had no fear at all!

Going on a carousel ride by himself!! He took it very seriously and held on tight the whole time.

Out last outing was the Aquarium. I think this picture pretty much sums up his experience. He was in AWE the whole time.

The scuba diver was so fun. He spent quite a bit of time interacting with Brian. Brian kept asking to go swimming with him.

Brian had a ball interacting with the Dolphins. They really are social animals and kept swimming up to Brian. I LOVED watching him interact with them. At first he was a little  hesitant but at the end he was trying to reach out and pet  them. We went to a dolphin show after that showcased them jumping and interacting with people and he LOVED it. He sat through the whole thing ( 30 mins) and clapped every time he saw a dolphin or got splashed

Although he had a fun week, this was his favorite activity.......
