Catch Up

 

We moved Bubba to a big boy bed. It was sad taking down his crib (thank you Mom & Dad) and converting it into a bed. He loves it although he has a hard time sleeping in...it is just too tempting to run around in his room. This is him enjoying his Sunday breakfast after his first night in his new bed.

 

 

I think this boy would be content to just read *ALL *DAY * LONG. He loves to try to "read" to himself and he remembers the lines from some of the books we read often. His favorite books are anything from Eric Carle.

 

 

Brian has been so into EMOTIONS lately. Throughout the day, he will bring me his etch a sketch and ask me to dram him a "Happy/Sad Face!"

We did a preschool with shapes and Brian really enjoyed it. I was able to pick these work/activity books about shapes and Brian loves to color in them.

 

 

He loves his shapes! He knows....Square, circle, star, rectangle, triangle, diamond and octagon.

 

 

He makes this face quite often!

 

 We found a new park to go to that he just LOVES. He spent about a good 1/2 hour on the swing and kept asking for a "Big One" (big push!) He is always so happy being outside and exploring in nature.

He LOVED chasing the ducks and following them around. It was really funny to watch him try to catch one!
