I wanted to surprise Brian, so the night before Halloween, I decorated his high chair with his favorite things...pumpkin play dough, a balloon and a trick or treat basket. He enjoyed pumpkin pancakes with Dad while he skyped with Grandma Cheetah.
After Breakfast I took Brian around to neighbors to show him off and give out a Halloween treat that Brian "helped" me make; Pumpkin Bread! He loved knocking on the doors and handing them the bread! Then it was off to Andy's work to go Trick or Treating.
He LOVED going around to all the ladies offices and picking out his candy, although we had to keep reminding him to only take one! He said something that sounded like "rick reet" for trick or treat and would say "thank you" at the end!
We had a potluck after! Brian entertained them all with his animal sounds!
We went Trick or Treating with our friends the fishers and he got to door to door with his girlfriend Anna! He loved banging on the doors and invited tried to walk into the houses too! We even took him through a kid friendly haunted house.
We took turns walking with him....no more like dragging us to the houses. He loved getting candy and carrying around his bucket, even though it kept getting heavy. He really enjoyed himself!
