Our Summer so Far

Our move to Massachusetts for the summer has been in place for about a month now. We are all loving it so far. Brian has been in heaven living in a house with his favorite people; Cheetah and Puppy. He is loving all the attention they give him. In fact, this week alone Puppy has brought home daily bags of books and toys for him.

Speaking of Puppy, Brian tries to follow him out the door every time he leaves in the morning and cries when he finally gets in the car. I think my Dad secretly loves it. He also holds his hand whenever they go anywhere. My Dad most morning gets Bri out of the crib and takes him for rides in the car with the top down all the time. He also reads to him every night. Thanks for the break Dad :)
We have been spending as much time outside as possible in the big yard. Andy has been helping with various yard projects. Above is a picture of Brian pretending to mow the lawn like his Daddy.
"Helping" his Cheetah in the garden. He loves the mini yard tools.

Another plus of being at home this summer is all the time we get to spend with Yai Yai and PaPa Ken.I am so thankful Brian gets to spend with his Great Grandparents. He loves going over to visit them and playing with Yai Yai's cane. He also got to spend time with them at our towns Memorial day parade and he provided the entertainment for them.

Brian was able to spend another Birthday with his Grandma Cheetah. She turned the big 60 but one could never tell. We made a big day of it and went out to eat! Brian got to try his first frappe!

Our attempt to get a four generation photo!

Brian has been doing lots of swimming. We go swimming a lot with his best friend Bohdi and his mom. These pictures where taken at my best friends family pool.... I used to swim in that pool as a teenager.. now I swimming in it with my baby!

Oh, and if you come to our backyard... you will find a SHARK!
