This picture pretty much sums up our Summer. It feels like every night I pack his beach bag, hit the beach during the day and then do the whole thing all over again! He has enjoyed being in the water so much! Such a fish!

We found a great beach spot where Brian can go at low tide and play in the tidal pools and climb on the rock. He was pretending he was a pirate looking for treasure. I love watching him use his imagination. He was pretty set on finding sea creatures and found a few crabs and snails.
Brian has found a new hobby at the beach; bodyboarding! He LOVES it. His Papa got him his own bodyboard and he has put that thing to good use.

Here is is in all his glory riding in the waves! He would wait ever so patiently for a wave to come and then he would ride in into shore.
Our friends from our Church invited us up to their lake house and Brian loved it. He loved riding up near the front of the boat so he could tell the driver to go faster.
His good friend Luke who he idolizes kept him company on the boat! Thanks Luke.
He got to take a ride on a paddle boat out to the "Island" and swim!
He makes sure he brings his fishing net so he could catch some fish!
A funny story, he had woken up at 5:40 am that morning, all ready to go! In the middle of the boat ride as he was talking to me, he just puts his head back and is OUT! He slept for a good hour!
